Dr. Morley is a fellowship-trained, board certified general surgeon with expertise in the newest minimally invasive laparoscopic and robotic surgical techniques. More than anything, Dr. Morley enjoys helping patients fulfill their treatment goals and return to the activities that they love by applying the best technology and through a tailored, multidisciplinary team approach.

A Southern California native, Dr. Morley earned his medical degree from the Tufts University School of Medicine and went on to complete his internship and residency in General Surgery at the UMass Chan Medical School - Baystate, Baystate Medical Center in Springfield, MA. He then completed a fellowship in Advanced GI and Minimally Invasive Surgery at Saint Francis Hospital in Hartford, CT, with a particular focus on advanced robotic and laparoscopic techniques for treating abdominal wall hernias and disorders of the GI tract. Dr. Morley also held an appointment as a Clinical Instructor of Surgery at the UConn School of Medicine.

Dr. Morley remains engaged in clinical education initiatives to advance the field of minimally invasive surgery on national level and internationally, and has published multiple peer-reviewed articles on minimally invasive techniques. He is board certified through the American Board of Surgery, and is an active member of the Society of American Gastrointestinal and Endoscopic Surgeons (SAGES) and the American Hernia Society (AHS), among others.
